Posted .Hi KevinG. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero 6 router. Since eero is designed to replace your existing router, it has to be hardwired to your modem. If you need more coverage in another area of your home, you can purchase an additional eero to create a wireless mesh network. If you need assistance figuring out which system will be best for your home, call eero customer service at 877-659-2347. They are available Monday–Sunday 6:00 am – 8:00 pm PT.
