I recommend placing the device in an open area and avoid placing your eeros near excessive heat or direct sunlight. Whenever possible, avoid placing your eeros in locations where they'll be in direct sunlight for the majority of the day. Please also avoid placing your eeros near heat sources such as fireplaces and space heaters. Additionally, use the power adapter that came with your eero. Avoid using third-party adapters that may not have been tested for compatibility with eero. If you're still experiencing device issues, I recommend reaching out to eero customer support at 877-659-2347. They're available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT. I hope this information is helpful.
