Gives me 7 ping and fast speeds compared to 5Ghz wifi. It does slow down other devices connected wirelessly to this node, hence the 4 stars.

No need for a wifi extension, we're connected even while in the backyard! Was a simple install as well, just power and ethernet and you're good to go.

Excellent WiFi 6 router under $100

I previously had an AmpliFi Alien, but wanted to sell it and downsize to something cheaper, but still reliable, as the router AT&T provides is rather poor. I was skeptical at first because Eero is an Amazon company, but after using the Eero 6 for a month or so, I can say that it is one of the best, if not the best WiFi 6 router I've used under the $200~ price range. I don't know how the Eero proprietary WiFi/mesh system works, but whatever they are doing works much better at keeping signal reliability and speed than other brands. At the moment I am only using a single Eero, as I have no use for a full mesh setup.

I wish these things had more ethernet ports but their Wi-Fi coverage and easy installation have helped me immensely.

I have two of these in my apartment and the seamlessness is so nice. I can walk into my different rooms and they’ll switch between the two based on whichever one I’m closer too. I even bought two for my girlfriend to use at her house

Solid performance

Not that my other wireless routers were very complicated, but Eero has the easiest setup of any wireless router that I have ever configured. I’ve been using this for the past two months and the wireless connection is stable with all my WiFi speakers, lights, and devices and I use the second ethernet port as a wired connection to my smart TV. I am now able to use the 400mbps+ internet connection that I upgraded to. I like that the app gives you basic usage statistics, but detailed statistics require a paid service, which I have no use for that would make it worth any amount of money. This dual-band model is perfect for me because I live in a small apartment and don’t need tri-band for mesh WiFi connections.

It was easy to add to the existing network and produced very good speeds after connecting the computer with an ethernet cable. Very good little router.
