I get very terrible signal in my room and this has helped a lot. I don’t give it the 5 stars because every once in a blue moon the signal doesn’t reach but it’s an easy fix compared to what I had before. It was easy to setup and got it running very quickly. The Netgear wifi range extender and powerline extender are subpar in comparison. The ranger extender is honestly crap and very difficult to setup, I truly don’t recommend it. The powerline was ok but didn’t fix my Internet issues. The only upside is that it was very to use and setup.

Posted .Hi Jamesarw. Thank you for your feedback about the eero 6+ system. Devices that only operate on the 2.4 GHz band may need an extra step to get them up and running. You can use the eero app to temporarily hide the 5 GHz band while you get your 2.4 GHz devices connected. Open the eero app and tap “Settings” at the bottom of the home screen. Tap “troubleshooting” towards the bottom of the settings screen. Tap ”My device won’t connect.” Tap “Temporarily pause 5 GHz. This will pause the 5 GHz band for 15 minutes while you get your 2.4 GHz devices setup. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Depending on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction, you might want to add an Outdoor eero 7 to boost outdoor coverage. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
