Insane fast speeds on 500mbps spectrum fibre. The only thing i dont like is to use many advanced features you have to pay 9.99 monthly or 99.99 per year subscription.

Posted .Hi CynthiaB. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I’m sorry to hear about your signal drops. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further. Kinda’ works - but not for us

We placed the main hub in the middle with the other two nodes on either end of the house and connected them with a 1gb backbone. But our experience has found it to not be a very seamless mesh - not near as robust as the Orbi system we replaced. (The Orbi is not as “hands free” maintenance as we require. We simply cannot connect to the console as often as required.) At any rate, we are continually having to turn wireless off/on on our various devices to provide a serious - and stable - connection. Secondly, there is no way to assign a device to a particular node and Amazon has denied the need for over 4 years. But with the advent of outdoor cameras and most recently Smart outdoor Christmas lights, assigning those devices to a particular node would be most useful - and necessary. If it becomes necessary to unplug a node for any reason, all devices search for another connection, overloading the “new” node’s 2.4 channel. At any rate, we will be returning this system as soon as I have a replacement.
