    Eero is a great product, if you have concrete walls I highly recommend you an additional Eero (more than what they recommend per square footage). I got double the square footage needed and it solved my concrete wall issue. Plus the two pack saves you more.

    As the iPhone of routers, the best thing about this Eero 6+ is that it "just works" and is good enough for most basic setups. From the app-based control panel, you can control most of the basic settings as well as set up as a new device. That being said, it does lack many advanced features that you can find in routers of this same price point, such as choosing to separate the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, or choosing antenna power, or the channel. I do fully understand that having the more simplistic approach makes it less daunting for people who are not as technically savvy, but some of these advanced features would have been handy, as well as having a web interface. My two main gripes otherwise are that it does not have enough wired Ethernet ports as well as the software updates are automatic, meaning they cannot be installed on a chosen time/day for installation.

    Increases signal distance but, there is significant drop in speed on second unit which is just 40’ away. The system also is not allowing a VPN connection to work in spite of tech support attempting to correct this. A little disappointing.

Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT.     Make sure to get three if your house is larger

    We love this mesh system, just wish we would have gotten one more block to put on the far side of the house. We have one upstairs and one downstairs but the other side of the house needs one and it would be perfect.

      Hi RcanC. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero 6+ system. I’m sorry to hear about your connection issues. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If the soft reset doesn’t resolve your issues, contact eero customer service.     I have an old house with stamped steel ceilings. I have always had problems with weak WIFI. Running multiple extenders did not help. Had the eero 6+ for about a month now and it has been great.

    Great system if you want powerful wireless and are willing to deal with a paywall for non-basic functions. If I didn't desire the additional functions and/or didn't mind having a paywall on something I already paid for, I'd be in the five star crowd.

    Power adapters blew in a storm and Eero weren't prepared to replace them even though they were the only items in the house to blow. I wouldn't purchase again as their customer support is not good.

    When we recently purchased a new tv for a remote part of our home, we learned that it would not work with our existing router. We purchased these Eero routers, and they worked like a charm.

    I had bad wifi problems and couldnt really do multiplayer to my room, this little guy fixed those issues right up and keep in mind i only have One i can only imagine what buying two or three can do for my connection

    A system that has really made a difference with my internet signal. The original signal was installed and was not reaching all the devices in the house due to house size, and ever since EERO system was installed like previously mentioned has made a huge difference.

    Wifi strength worked good. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to the verizon FIOS wireless boxes need to be on the FIOS Wifi and not the eero. Once I am ready to cut the cord, I will buy again.

    Was fast when it worked. Unfortunately, many of my devices would lose internet connection which drove me crazy. I have Wi-Fi 6 devices but my Google nest wifi is giving me faster speeds constantly plus none of my devices lose internet.

    Coverage is awesome. I shut off the light on top of the one in my room.it covers my whole home, the detached garage, and the pool. I thought o would need more but the 3 did great!!!!
