I have the regular eero in another house and it works flawlessly. This one keeps needing to be reset every few days. It constantly drops both my thermostat (Ecobee), my Simplisafe alarm system, and my Google home system. Not sure what is going on with this. I use the Echo gen. 5 as repeaters, and that seems to work very well. Just not at all reliable.

We have AT&T internet and I'm not sure why they won't mesh but I'm still hoping I can make them work.

Posted .Hello Rick. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ Dual-band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System. I'm sorry to hear you haven't experienced any improvement in your WiFi signal with your AT&T internet. The most common issue preventing proper mesh functionality with AT&T gateways is that the AT&T gateway needs to be configured in bridge mode or IP passthrough mode to allow the eero system to function as your primary router and create a proper mesh network, as without this configuration you may experience double NAT issues that prevent the eero units from meshing correctly. To resolve this, access your AT&T gateway's settings and enable bridge mode or IP passthrough mode, then restart both your AT&T gateway and eero system. Additionally, ensure optimal eero placement by connecting the primary eero directly to your AT&T gateway via ethernet, positioning additional eero units in open areas roughly halfway between the gateway and weak coverage areas, and avoiding placement near large metal objects or electronics that can cause interference. I hope this helps you get your eero mesh system working properly to improve your WiFi coverage throughout your home.

After the move I experienced a very poor signal to the new room and lost connection when I was trying to get work done. After the purchase, I am getting the same speeds in all the rooms whereas before it was about 1/3 or less. Great purchase and product. I would do it again!
