    So far so good,I purchased the three pack,and I have Wi-Fi all over my home with no issues and I can get Wi-Fi everywhere outside my home

      Hi Cutcable. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry that you haven't been able to use the system in your area. eero has been tested for compatibility with most major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the United States, Canada, UK, EU (France, Germany, Italy & Spain), Japan, and Australia. As long as you can connect your gateway eero to a modem or upstream device with an Ethernet cable, you should be able to set up and use eero.     It always disconnects from the WiFi then my computer looses internet. It will take a bit to reconnect after I have to unplug it and re plug it in.

      Hi Anonymous. Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry to hear about the connection drops. I understand hoe frustrating it is to randomly loose internet signal. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. If you're noticing signal drops on a particular eero node, power cycle your eero. If the signal drops on all eeros on the network, power cycle all of your eeros. You'll do this by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 2. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices

    didn't work as well as I'd like it to work, needed more cable connections, I like hard lining my Internet, so I went back to a Netgear RAX500

    This item is not as good as what was described to me. The signal is there, but buffers a lot. It is annoying when watching a show or movie.

    Works as advertised, extended my WiFi to area with poor reception. I had to call for support twice during setup and their customer service team was less than knowledgeable and helpful.

    Router Did Not Work

    The router never completed setup. I've setup more routers than I can count and this one wouldn't finish setup. After an hour on the phone with Eero Tech Support, they blamed the ISP for blocking access to an unrecognized router Mac Address after which I plugged in several old routers and they immediately connected to the Internet. This product was returned.

    Not as fast as Linksys. I returned it and purchased a Linksys mesh system. It is twice the speed.

    So far, so good — this Eero mesh Wi-Fi system seems to have solved our “buffering” issue. Stay tuned ….
