    It does what I wanted (hard wire TV and desktop). Speed is slower then I hoped for. Part of the issue might be BlueRidge

    Okay product, but wish I had bought the pro model like I have in a larger house and garage apt on the coast. This product works but range is much shorter than on the pro model u bought for the other house where it covers main house and garage apt at the back of the lot. Both were 3 packs.

      Hi WilliamS. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. The 3-pack eero 6+ system is designed to cover up to 4,500 sq ft while a 3 pack pro system would cover up to 6,000 sq ft. If you have a larger home, thicker walls, etc., a Pro system would be a better solution. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices

    Very disappointed in this mesh. Bought this is Feb installed it in March after receiving it. Not too bad install, but ever since the mesh wifi loses connectivity with my Xfinity BB modem. It takes forever to get these two system working together again, much of my time lost in troubleshooting. And, we never know what the actual issue was. Happened three times already. Tech support points me to the newer version of Eero. Would love to trade this in for the newer one at a lower trade-in price. Don’t know if that’s possible.

      Hi SusanC, I am sorry about the experience you have had with the eero 6+ system thus far. 1) Unplug your eeros for about 2 minutes.
      2) Plug them back in, starting with the gateway.
      3) Once they are powered on again, press the hard reset button on the gateway eero. Keep pressing it until you see a yellow light. Make sure not to press too long, as it will reset all the settings if the light goes red. 4) As soon as the light turns yellow, release and wait for the network to come back on. This might take few minutes. If these steps do not work, feel free to reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Thank you for your feedback. I hope this information is useful.     I have to keep restarting my ethernet adapter on pc which is connected by ethernet to eero

    Easy setup, easy to use app. After 6 months, started having problems with it, completely disconnecting from the modem. Worked with my IPS and it was not them or the modem. After calling and emailing Eero multiple times over the course of a month and doing everything they asked me to do multiple times, I finally asked for a replacement since it was still within the warranty. Now I’m getting the runaround for the replacement. The person that was supposed to call me never called even though I gave his confirmation in writing. Now I’m asking for a call back and they won’t give me a timeframe for which they’ll call me back. I’m thinking they’re hoping that the warranty will run out. Obviously the unit I have is a lemon.

      Hi PatriceJ. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry to hear that some of your devices have had trouble maintaining a signal. Each eero 6+ node provides coverage up to 1,500 sq. ft. Depending on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction, more eeros could be needed. For now, here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. If you're noticing signal drops on a particular eero node, power cycle your eero. If the signal drops on all eeros on the network, power cycle all of your eeros. You'll do this by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 2. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices
