Although it said on line that the item was in stock at the store, IT WASN'T!! After waiting almost two hours in the store for our order to be processed/delivered, Ron, one of the staff, helped us. He confirmed that the item was not in the store and arranged a discount for us through his manager. The item was ordered and delivered two days later. Ron was very helpful. We spent over an hour on the phone with EERO to register and activate.

We've used the Eero products before. Really think they are a great purchase.

So far, so good. Old router (non-mesh series 5) was about 8 years old. Realized I needed a newer, more-powerful router when my Zoom calls started to end abruptly, for no apparent reason. Seems I was using more devices on a router not strong enough to support the added bandwidth needed. Lesson learned. Geek Squad folks were awesome!

Pretty easy to set up and works mostly as advertised. Speed is ok and reliability of connection is solid.

These work better than the Google mesh of 6 vs 3 EEro

So far so good. Coverage in my 2800 square foot home is really good. I do recommend this. The app is really good. And the control to individually turn off devices is good as well. Kids don’t do as they are told you can turn off the internet. Not home you can turn off the internet. You can create a guest account to allow access and when not in use you can turn off. Good deal.

I was skeptical purchasing the eero Mesh system. It has not disappointed me. I no longer have buffering issues. My wifi connection has been steady. No connectivity issues since installing eero. The setup requires contacting your current provider if you have AT&T. This is a hassle, but worth the inconvenience for the ROI. The eero customer service agent was knowledgable and thorough on what to say when requesting the switch from your provider.

Amazing product for what its worth. Comes with an amazing app interface to test speeds as well as see connections. very customizable and you get real time notifications on your phone when someone is connecting to your network. ios and android friendly.
