    Truly not worth the money. I bought it to get a stronger signal when outside by the pool and I do not see a difference. I followed the directions to align the signals but not working well

      Hi Sabe96, I am sorry to see you are having a poor experience with your eero 6 system. I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be. In terms of placement, I would recommend checking the following: Check that the eero is not located next to any heavy metal objects (e.g. refrigerator). Avoid placing your eero on top of, or near, these objects: Microwave oven; Cordless phones (for your landline, not your cell phone) that use the 2.4GHz or 5GHz range. If these cause interference, try changing the channel your phone uses; WiMAX; Other 802.11 networks; Power lines, power stations, or railroad tracks; Radio leakage from Direct Satellite Service (DSS); Older coaxial cable from certain types of satellite dishes. If you have an older satellite dish, contact the device manufacturer to get newer cables; Fluorescent lights; Bad electrical connections; Radars. Keep your eeros out in the open and never put anything on top of them. When possible, also avoid having your eeros enclosed in a small space. Your eeros work best on a stable surface, so avoid putting them on chairs, cushions, and any other surface that doesn't allow for space beneath them to breathe.     The installation of the eero 6 AX1800 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System (3-pack) is easy. Anyone can do it. But, I am a bit disappointed with the performance of eero 6. My house is about 3750 square ft. Although the 3-pack system can reach to every corner of my house, the signal is week and speed is slow to some areas. So, I have to return it.

    Poor/unable to connect to the devices

    Downstair connection is ok. It does not work for upper level connection. It keep spinning on each device and unable to connect and I give up. My older extender is much better than this.

A coverage scan will help verify that all of your devices are receiving a strong signal. To start a coverage scan, go to the Setting tab, select Troubleshooting, then select Device Coverage Scan. If the app finds that the devices on your network have poor connections, recommendations for further action will be given. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices
