I have xfinity internet and pay for the fastest (1200 mbps) service but have never gotten even close to that. My devices are constantly "searching" for signal. I do live in the country ( but have wired internet). Not impressed with this. Not sure if any of the other brands would work better.

The 2-pack Wi-Fi 6 system you have offers speeds up to 500 Mbps so that would be the reason why you aren't seeing speeds of up to 1200 mbps. Rest assured, there are other options with eero that will support your internet speed you are looking for. The eero 6+ and eero pro 6 offer up to 1000 mbps, eero pro 6E offers up to 2300 mbps and the eero Max 7 supports up to 9400 mbps. Depending on the size of your home and the amount of devices you have, you may want to consider a 3 pack. If this information does not help, you can reach eero Customer service 24/7 for assistance. My apple tv buffers Netflix sometimes, phone has trouble reaching some websites, sling tv is not a completely clear picture sometimes. Didnt really have many lrobkems with my Nighthawk.

I live in an old house with brick and plaster walls so you milage may vary. I ended up returning it for a more powerful product at twice the price.

I then switched my WiFi system to Xfinity Xfi gateway and 1 pod, now getting 300+ mbps WiFi speeds!!!

If you are rural and looking for something simple and single channel this should work just fine for you.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. The first thing you’ll want to do is figure out whether you’re experiencing slow behavior on multiple devices. If it’s only on one device, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device. 2. Try power cycling your eeros by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 3. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
