Works wonderful absolutely fixed our Wi-Fi problem

Works Great, no problems to date. Would Recommend.

The Wi-Fi is still dropping off, I’ll have to change location to see if it works better. I think I need the three units to get better coverage.

This has been a great addition to cover the ring cameras. Although Eero help said we should combine our current Wi-Fi with their network, we opted to keep our original Wi-Fi account and have a second just dedicated to the camera system, just to make sure it received enough of a signal to operate without any issues.

If I would of know it wasn’t or can’t be used with my garage door app I would’ve not got it :(

Very difficult to set up. Once I set it up it had a difficult time pairing or meshing between the access points. Maybe it was just a bad unit.

My provider doesn’t have a modem only a LAN connection to the POE box for 4G LTE broadband. I used a Nighthawk router for years with my provider but this mesh will not stay connected to the ISP and had to be force connected by customer service right out of the box. After customer service manually connected and updates completed the device disconnected and would not stay connected after the updates.

Helped boost my wifi signal but not to the level I hoped. Still had to hardwire my 86" TV directly to the ethernet port to avoid buffering and freezing.

It’s good product, but makes your Wi-Fi way slower

Absolute worst router we’ve ever had. Easy to setup so that was nice. BUT after having it for a while and trying to fine tune it to our needs, it’s impossible!!! The Eero doesn’t give you the capabilities to pick which channel you want which devices to be connected to. In comparison, it’s like going from the customization capabilities of an Android and getting an iPhone. It’s just too basic.

Had to return them, they would not recognize my Canon Pixma Pro-100 and their technical department confirmed it wouldn’t connect due to the built in security.

Customer service was phenomenal. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. However most of my devices had issues connecting so i had to keep activating legacy mode.

This particular product appears to be an older model. I will look into a later model.

This dual band mesh system didn't work properly in my house. I have two floors and I had difficulty wih my appliances connecting to the wi-fi

I've been trying to get this set up for awhile now. I have worked with my internet company and had no luck. I got the system connected just fine. But when it gets connected my internet goes out completely. The internet company has tried to fix the problem on their end but can't figure out why this is happening. So it's still not hooked up but looks really pretty sitting on my counter and in my gym!! :/

Bought this mesh system, but it didn't work with the modem/router setup we were provided by our ISP. Decided to purchase just a WiFi 6 router instead.

I expected to get the same bandwidth that I was getting with my Asus wifi router but even in the same area as the old router, my speeds a slower.

Following instructions, setup was easy. However, the speed was super slow, and I had to call their support. Good news was their support was someone in the US, and excellent. Turned out the issue was I had the base and remote units too close together when starting up (<20'), which causes issues. It would be really nice if they could give you a heads-up in the instructions to avoid this.

It’s okay. Nothing special. Connection gets spotty from time to time unfortunately
