    garbage in our house. single story 2,500 sq ft with router at one end and provides slower speed than just connecting to the router/modem itself. thought it was going to get us more speed at the other end of the house but its slow. and past the 14 day return period so now we're stuck with it. coming soon to ebay

    It was a terrible experience. The explanation of how to connect this to my existing router seemed simple but it did not work with my Fios wifi and actually I was without wifi rather than have it work better. I finally had no internet, had to spend a lot of time with Verizon Fios to get it restored and then EERO did not work at all. I would like to return it and get full or partial credit.

    Didn’t seem to make a difference. Streaming TV still hangs for buffering too many times. So, not worth the expense.

    Wasn’t delivered as promised. Was told there was an emergency store closing??? Customer service did not speak English. Finally delivered week later and no one came to install despite expensive fee. Had to return

Here’s how to get your eero network online: 1. Download the eero app for iOS or Andriod on a phone or tablet with an internet connection. 2. Create an eero account or log in with your existing Amazon account information. 3. Unplug your old modem and router from power. 4. Connect your eero router to your modem using the included Ethernet cable. 5. Plug your eero router into an available power outlet, then reconnect your modem to power. If your modem is built into your current router, then you’ll connect the eero router to one of the Ethernet ports on your existing router. 6. Continue following the prompts in the app to set up your network. If you need any assistance during the setup process, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347.     Horrible!!! Do not buy! Devices connect to the devices furthest away and the system is not smart enough to hand off to the pod closest to my device. Speeds were horrible and just overall disgusted with this product for the price. These folks who like it must have had dial up before.

      Hi DaleT, I'm sorry to see your eero is not connecting to your modem. While you are waiting for Best Buy Geek Squad to reach out, I have some potential troubleshooting steps to try. 1. Make sure the ethernet cable connecting your eero to your modem is securely plugged in at both ends and isn't damaged. Try using a different cable if possible. 2. Restart both your eero and your modem by unplugging them for 30 seconds and then plugging them back in. 3. Verify that your modem is configured correctly, especially if you need to set it to "bridge mode" to work properly with an eero.
      4. Open the eero app and check for any error messages related to your internet connection.

    Followed directions but wouldn’t connect to the modem. Tried several times still no luck. After a hour I gave up. Reinstalled my old Linksys router and everything worked. So it’s not anything with the modem must be the eero

    Purchased this wifi extender because Ring stated that my cameras weren't working properly because of the signal from the router was too far. Easy set up place around the house and cameras still show low signal. Think half the thing sold as BS
