Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been running a Linksys Velop AC2200 for the past 3 years with constant disconnects (minimum 8-10 per day) and WIFI slowdown. The only fix for the slowdown was to stop and start WIFI or disconnect and reconnect devices. I installed the eero 6 AX1800 and all of those issues seem to have been resolved.

So I tried it and WOW. Easy to install and great speed and easy to monitor what’s happening.

Problematic System

The biggest problem was my Epson printer. I contacted Epson and was told mesh routers don't work with my printer (less than a year old). I had to bridge with my old Apple router to connect with devices. I also found out that using the same wifi address does not guarantee you can connect. I called the eero help line and the man said while they claim it works, it rarely does!!
