The app is really good. And the control to individually turn off devices is good as well. Kids don’t do as they are told you can turn off the internet. Not home you can turn off the internet. You can create a guest account to allow access and when not in use you can turn off. Good deal.

I got this eero system and placed the 2 units upstairs and the third one downstairs. I have great coverage inside and outside the house. I haven't experienced any issues with this system so far in the last few months.

After waiting almost two hours in the store for our order to be processed/delivered, Ron, one of the staff, helped us. He confirmed that the item was not in the store and arranged a discount for us through his manager. The item was ordered and delivered two days later. Ron was very helpful. We spent over an hour on the phone with EERO to register and activate.

Realized I needed a newer, more-powerful router when my Zoom calls started to end abruptly, for no apparent reason. Seems I was using more devices on a router not strong enough to support the added bandwidth needed. Lesson learned. Geek Squad folks were awesome!

Here’s how to get your eero network online: 1. Download the eero app for iOS or Android on a phone or tablet with an internet connection. 2. Create an eero account or log in with your existing Amazon account information. 3. Unplug your old modem and router from power. 4. Connect your eero router to your modem using the included Ethernet cable. 5. Plug your eero router into an available power outlet, then reconnect your modem to power. If your modem is built into your current router, then you’ll connect the eero router to one of the Ethernet ports on your existing router. 6. Continue following the prompts in the app to set up your network. If you need any assistance, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Have a great day!
