The system it's self is really amazing and easy to set up, love how easy it is to use with Alexa. With that said my complaint with this is my cameras never knew if it was going to stay connected or tell me if it was off line. After 3 weeks I went back to my Orbi and the cameras works great again. Maybe it just needs a few more bugs worked out to be a great system.

Be aware the next gen of the Eero does not have ethernet ports in each of the units. Only one of the 3 does.

I love this. I do not have any problem on my connection anymore and doesnt lag no more.

I bought this as one of the salespeople at the store advised me I would have better signal than just router-to-adapter on my PC. After taking it home, slogging through setting up the app, and placing the mesh units at relatively equidistant points in the house, I found the signal to be around 150mbps rather than the 400~ I was getting prior with a cheap Wi-Fi adapter. While I understand the geometry of the house has an effect on the efficacy of the mesh, it simply did not deliver on the "promise" of the salesman. Ended up getting a better Wi-Fi adapter instead.

Works really well. WiFi works great. And TV doesn't sit and spin anymore.

This product basically improved our wifi effectiveness throughout our home.

If you are using this product for your smart home, forget about it! To add 2.4G devices, you first need to disable 5G and then only for 10 minutes! The router is basically only suited for running your notebooks and possibly gaming devices. Otherwise, this is a piece of trash. There's no web interface and everything has to be done though your phone. That's great if you aren't 70 years old with bad eyesight. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am.
