Nightmare

With those that do connect they drop off. I have had 3 visits from the Geek Squad and have spent hours talking to a number of different support people for the items that won't connect or drop off. Heard many times "Oh, you have an Eero, I've had problems with this before." I have messed with this so long I am out of the return period but I am going to try to get a store credit or something. Do NOT buy this.

WiFi connection outside the home isn’t as strong as Fios.

Thought it may be the stick so I ordered a new one with Alexa voice, it improved but did not solve all my issues.

However, I had trouble connecting with Xfinity and using the Xfinity app that I am used to. Moreover, you have to pay monthly fees to use this device.

Each eero 6 node provides coverage up to 1,500 sq. ft. Depending on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction, more eeros could be needed. Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. Although Eero help said we should combine our current Wi-Fi with their network, we opted to keep our original Wi-Fi account and have a second just dedicated to the camera system, just to make sure it received enough of a signal to operate without any issues.
