Thought it may be the stick so I ordered a new one with Alexa voice, it improved but did not solve all my issues.

WiFi connection outside the home isn’t as strong as Fios.

I used to think i was savy but now i have to geek squad come set it all up again.

Where you place your eeros will depend on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction. For example, walls of brick, stone, and metal will be hard for your WiFi to penetrate. Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. Ideally, no more than 50 feet apart from another eero 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

The sales person informed me that that was not one that was in stock. I was told that this was the exact same thing, I was expecting to pay $50.00 but it was much more. I decided to go ahead and buy them, I had driven 100 miles from Cleveland, Ms. I have attempted to set them up and I keep getting to the same step asking for money to use the device. I feel like I just threw away a $100.00,I was also sold two Ethernet cables only to find one in the box. I went in the store with no knowledge of electronics and depended on getting help for a $50.00 item and ended up spending $181.87 for merchandise that I didn’t need.

Since eero replaces your router, you will still need an active internet connection from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a modem or upstream connection. If you need help setting up this eero system, please reach out to eero customer support at 877-659-2347. They are available 6am–8pm PT. Once you get this eero 6 2-pack system up and running, you will love it!
