This eero 6+ is a little better than the previous models, however is not the wifi mesh I was looking for since most of my home is set with smart home devices around my house, but is probably great for a home with less devices than what I have. The set up was easy, download the eero app, plug one of the mesh router into your modem and follow instructions on the app to connect your home wifi and devices. The routers design is a nice glossy compact curved that looks good anywhere in your house. If you want to connect devices to Ethernet port , each router only have two ports and a solo indicator light ( white means connected, blue is pairing and red is not connected to internet. The dual bands 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz help connect devices around house faster but routing to the wrong extender can slow down the internet on the connected device, something that disappointed me since I have lots of devices in my house that needs the wifi, just make sure you install the routers in the best area in your house to avoid any issues. The app is well designed and helpful to connect, monitor wifi and devices connected. So far is a good fast mesh system the only downside will be when routing to different routers may slow your internet and also the monthly subscriptions to either eero secure and eero secure plus to add to a more secure network, not required and not worth it since the system already have good secure services, but eero secure and eero+ is available for those that wants a more secure network.

This product was simple to set up (about 3 minutes out of the box) and it works great. Would definitely buy again.

My Eero units have been stable internet mesh points that rarely require any rebooting or messing around once set up. The setup process is quite simple, and the app walks you through the step-by-step process. When connected and set up, the Wifi coverage is stable, fast and seamless and just that it works everywhere without dropouts. The onboard parental controls, as part of Eero Secure, are an extra cost. Still, they come packed with useful tools to help protect your internet experience and provide a margin of reassurance on data usage and reporting. I love the per-device restrictions and customisation available to the end user. This is significantly better than other options on the market, and Eero makes this part of the experience enjoyable, and it is detailed enough that one can pair it down to individual devices. In my situation, the new Eero 6+ allows me to expand the network easily. The availability of ethernet ports on the back of the mesh nodes means I can easily access and expand my wired network by connecting it over the WiFi network. Even though my internet speeds are far slower than the 1 gigabit, most of my data transmission is internal, and that's where the added bandwidth provided by the Eero 6+ comes in handy. The new routers support higher WiFi bandwidth that allows for greater speeds on my internal network, all while handling the internet. Internally the new Eero 6+ supports Ax3000, which equates to about 600 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 2400 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. This means more available speed to share between your devices and within your network. Overall WiFi transfer speeds doubled over the internal network, and the internet still was as fast as it was before, but that's because I have a 200 Mbps internet connection.

The EERO Mesh router wifi 6+ dual band system is a best buy for whole home WIFI especially if used to complement a RING or other security system. I have two houses with RING Pro security and had a top end single Netgear router which worked fine but had issues with too many devices when all my alarm sensors, cameras and lights were installed. After reading up across brands the EERO WiFi 6+ was the best. Additionally, the 6+ system uses routers as the mesh and each one has two hardwired ENET ports for connecting high bandwidth using devices like gaming PCs, video or TV systems. It is best if the center mesh router can be connected to the security system with a hard ENET wire as this will allow the EERO mesh system to use this as the RETURN signal path maximizing the mess system speed. I have 1GB service and the mesh system achieves 500 Mbs for whole house locations! Just awesome. 5 STARS!!

I was using Google Nest and it gave me problems. I had these Eero routers for a year now and literally have not had one issue since acquiring. I highly recommend this product.

A little on the expensive side. Setup was easy with an iPhone. Wifi coverage area is a bit small but with enough of these you will have good coverage. They suffer from what most current wifi mess systems suffer from and that is not switching to best wifi device when moving around the house. Turn off wifi and turn it back on and you will most likely connect to the closest. This is a bug in the current wifi specification. I have seen articles stating that a new specification that does a better job is being worked on. The app has good information about which devices are connected. If you are managing a family's access that is very helpful.

I went into best Buy as I was looking for a mesh network for my second home. As I wanted to have internet access to my detached garage as there is no cell service at my second home and I use wifi calling. They recommended eero over the google product and I am glad I listened. They are very easy to set up and get everything running. They took care of my issue and know have full coverage where I wanted to with out having to run any wires. So far product is working great and have great speed. App is very user friendly. I would highly recommended this product.

This works so well! Hooked it up and had it running in no time. Have one unit hooked up to the router and the other unit about halfway through the house. Have had absolutely no issues with streaming anything.

Excellent for a big house. Easy installation, it is almost done automatically but you need an app. Great performance, perfect match for a giga fiber connection.

This was a great buy and extended Wifi throughout the house. Installation was simple and instructions very easy to follow. No more dead spots in the house now

Fantastic! Product took care of our dead spots and assisted with the WFI signal. I should have purchased this product before I spent money on other WFI extender.

Excellent product. Our printer finally works on the other side of the house. One problem with installation- operator error- unit works better with the correct password installed.

Easy set up and the speed and coverage is great. Had no problems at all with the set up. Kept my same password and name of my network everything hooked right back up.

Easy set up and works great and isn’t big so you can put it anywhere

I have had 3 eero systems in the last few years between myself and clients. I can absolutely recommend them for price, performance, and ease of use. This particular model is what I would suggest the large majority of people would need. Its often on sale and really cant stress how easy setup is with the phone app. eero is great about consistent firmware updates as well. Couple that with the small and unobtrusive appearance and these things are great!!

Works reliably with no drop issues or need to reset. Consistent high speed internet and easy to set up. I am happy with this WiFi router. I was able to make my old WiFi router into a switch to use with this router because there are only two Ethernet ports on the eero, which is the only drawback.
