I did have to call in to help with set up and I am moderately decent with tech. (I wasn’t allowing everything enough time to reset.) the come with two Ethernet ports which is nice. There is an informative app to manage also.

Posted .Hi FCLC. Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the eero 6+ system. we know how frustrating it can be to get devices setup on to a new network. Devices that only operate on the 2.4 GHz band may need an extra step to get them up and running. You can use the eero app to temporarily hide the 5 GHz band while you get your 2.4 GHz devices connected. Open the eero app and tap “Settings” at the bottom of the home screen. Tap “troubleshooting” towards the bottom of the settings screen. Tap ”My device won’t connect.” Tap “Temporarily pause 5 GHz. This will pause the 5 GHz band for 15 minutes while you get your 2.4 GHz devices setup. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Now i can work and watch tv at the same time without putting my work device on cellular so someone else can watch tv or use the internet.

I could not do anything with 2 bots on their playstation at the same time. Had a friend recommend this product and i purchased it and OMG! I can not believer how much fast everything is and all 3 of us can be on our devices in the house at the same time!

I replaced my main eero wifi 5 router connected to my modem in the living room with this eero wifi 6+ router. This WiFi 6+ router made the WiFi speed a lot faster. The set up is very easy with the eero app. I was still able to keep my WiFi 5 eero router directly connected to my laptop in bedroom.

Just bummed there is no wall mounting equipment for these. The fiber company installed the main box in my garage so I now have to use a 50 ft Ethernet cable to have the box inside the house in my laundry room. I now need to put a small shelf on my wall to get up away from my curious cats.

My wifi in my house was super spotty as we had to put the router downstairs in the office and upstairs in the bonus room the connection was horrible. We had tried a wifi extender and it did absolutely nothing to help! My brother recommended these, and they have been perfection! One in the main room where the router is, one in the basement and one upstairs and the wifi is spot on all over! These are pricey but definitely worth it! Highly recommend
