Did need to call my internet carrier as my router and modem are a combo. In that case they needed to put it in bridge mode. Until I read up on that I had no idea what that was. I did reach out to the eero support and they helped me too.

With our router being in the basement, wifi in the rest of the house was a bit spotty. This has definitely helped.

WiFi upgrade

Placed Eeros where I needed cabled connections instead of running cable. Hooked up devices to the Eeros. Works great!

Each eero 6+ node provides coverage up to 1,500 sq. ft. Some layouts and more dense building materials will require more eeros. Here are some tips to help ensure you're getting fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
