I often have to re-start the system because the direct wired tv's will not get a signal?? The second transmitter is also hard wired and only shows that it is on wifi??

This is a day later still no resolution cant believe the poor service. When you call Tech Support from eero you get heavily accented person hard to hear and understand from all the background noise. VERY POOR SERVICE

I’m sorry to hear about that you had issues getting setup with Xfinity. eero has been tested for compatibility with most major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the United States, Canada, UK, EU (France, England, Germany, Italy & Spain), Japan, New Zealand, and Australia. If you’ve got the Xfinity gateway device double NATed to your eeros, this could be the cause of your issues. We recommend that you put your Xfinity gateway's routing functionality into bridge mode to make the best use of your eero(s). By putting your modem/router combo device into bridge mode, you are essentially turning off its WiFi capabilities and passing its Internet connection through to your eero. This step ensures your eero system can work its magic and you can take full advantage of its many advanced features. Instructions for putting your modem/router combo device in bridge mode will vary widely by ISP and device. If your ISP provided device doesn’t offer bridge mode, you’ll need to keep your eero network in bridge mode instead. If you can’t figure out how to put your ISP device in bridge mode, give your ISP a call. If you have more questions about network optimization, give eero customer support a call.
