Had the Geek Squad put it in after they fixed connections to television and suggested this system. We had just purchased a router and connected it. Best Buy let us return it and gave us a full refund.

If I didn't desire the additional functions and/or didn't mind having a paywall on something I already paid for, I'd be in the five star crowd.
