Basics done well, only excellent with subscription

A lot of the QoL features that I love and that separate it from competition is blocked behind a subscription paywall so I can’t in good faith rate those features on the retail purchase price, but as a mesh WiFi it does the basics quite well.

The worst customer service

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy setup, easy to use app. After 6 months, started having problems with it, completely disconnecting from the modem. Worked with my IPS and it was not them or the modem. After calling and emailing Eero multiple times over the course of a month and doing everything they asked me to do multiple times, I finally asked for a replacement since it was still within the warranty. Now I’m getting the runaround for the replacement. The person that was supposed to call me never called even though I gave his confirmation in writing. Now I’m asking for a call back and they won’t give me a timeframe for which they’ll call me back. I’m thinking they’re hoping that the warranty will run out. Obviously the unit I have is a lemon.

Difficult set up not happy!

I phone and I pad connected fine hence 3 stars. I have only been able to connect 1 tv out of 3. Only 1 out of 2 laptops connected so far. And the fire stick does not connect. Very difficult to deal with.
