Mesh was better than router

It kept saying move it closer to the modem router. I don’t know how close they want it if it is literally right next to it. The range was good from what I got from just the one. But not worth it. Maybe the higher model is good but definitely not this one.

My wifi signal strength is a full 3 bars everywhere in our 3,000 square foot house and out to the perimeters of the two acres around the house.

If you have any devices that are manufactured more than a year ago good freaking luck. The company is NO help. Will never purchase anything eero again.

Too much online (over and over) and then download of different apps when the first doesn't work. In the end directions were to update iPhone that I purchased in 2023 in order for app to work properly.

Create an eero account or log in with your existing Amazon account information. 3. Unplug your old modem and router from power. 4. Connect your eero router to your modem using the included Ethernet cable. 5. Plug your eero router into an available power outlet, then reconnect your modem to power. If your modem is built into your current router, then you’ll connect the eero router to one of the Ethernet ports on your existing router. 6. Continue following the prompts in the app to set up your network. If you need any assistance during the setup process, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347.
