The WiFi has to be reset constantly. This is something my old WiFi did not require. I would not recommend this product

Re-posting on the dual unit. Horrible! I would never recommend eero products. We had issues from day one. We initially had our main cable wire go out from a storm. Xfinity came and fixed it and we still had issues and it was recommended that we get a new modem and router. We went to Best Buy and bought a dual eero pack and Netgear modem. Went home and did not get the speed as expected. Long story short and 4 visits from Xfinity and $100.00 in service fees, we were told it was the eero's. I went and purchased this additional one to "strengthen" the signal upstairs and still with 1GB service from Xfinity, we are only receiving 20 mbs for download and 18 for upload. After 4 hours, we still have yet to be reimbursed.

I am struggling with these eeros! They’ve been a nightmare at odd times of the day! I bought these to help me keep my network devices connected as well as my WiFi service to my phone and all the dropped calls , adding these eeros was supposed to fix it, it didn’t, I may return them

I made this purchase at the end of Feb 2024 so at first everything was going great Speed great and each eero comes with 2 ports. Then with out me changing a thing all my devices start dropping internet all at once for 1-2 minutes numerous times a day. I call my service provider them can't find anything in that shows the internet is the problem. Then I call customer Service 3 times to try and see why all my devices are losing connection the reason is unknown so I go buy a different products and nothing is dropping as of right now. I will add more in a month and let you know how it's going

Unfortunately the product was not compatible with our internet service. The salesperson assured us otherwise. The other issue is that directions were online and very difficult to follow especially for us elderly. Geek squad would be too expensive to assist us.

Content filters do not work at all. Even with the filters on, I can still access websites that should be restricted. This router as a content filter is worthless. As a general internet router, it works fine. Setup is easy and the range is decent.

Signal is not stable. Ping is too high and not getting close to 1g speed

Easy connection. The only way it would be better would be to have a better internet. I would recommend it.

Im not sure what that’s happened to Internet access these days but I’m told you need to buy these things so that you can get The Internet that you’re actually paying someone else for! We purchased these and set them up exactly as directed but they don’t help even a little bit! Don’t waste your money! We actually should have a gig of Internet but most rooms in our house get very little Internet if any and nothing changes when you hook these up.

Instructions for installing are poor. I have a Spectrum internet and modem. I had to piggyback eero system off of old netgear router.

bought this router to join my existing mesh network consist of one EERO 6+ pro and one EERO 6+. It was effortless to add this router to the existing mesh network and the entire mesh network performs flawlessly. Use ethernet as backbone and the wifi speed is about 659MB on a Gb fiber internet connection.

If you need a mesh system from a terrible parent company, this is the lesser of 2 evils.

Upgraded from an old Eero mesh and wifi performance more than doubled on devices capable of WIFI6. The upgrade process takes longer than I thought it would, and required 2 tries to get the gateway unit running. Once they were all setup the performance increase was dramatic.

These are easy to setup and give great coverage. Cameras, doorbell, and tv much more responsive. Big improvement over the Linksys WHW03 repeaters they replaced. In fairness to Linksys, those are a few years old and had lower specs, so not really apples to apples.

This mesh network is fantastic. My verizon router wasn't reaching the far end of the house on either floor. I put 2 of these on the first floor and one on the second floor and it works great. Seamless handoff as you go from one end of the house to the other.

Extremely user friendly, however it is struggled to see any speed faster than 200mbs

It stops working when you lose internet. You have to pay a subscription fee to keep it working when Internet is down. So if you are interested in true home network even without internet, this is not for you. Got rid of mine as soon as i realized that, saddly was unable to return as i had foolishly already thrown away the boxes. Just go buy another brand all together.

My house is 2 floors 2110 square feet - the mesh seems to be helping so far

I have the eero 6+, with a claim of 4,500 sq ft. My house is 1,553 sq ft. I still have dead spots with occasional iPhone connectivity issues. Dissatisfied
