Very easy to install! Much faster internet, amazing difference!!! Excellent recommendation for a router.

Love these little pods. Made a considerable difference in my wifi signal strength. Strong, smooth, and reliable. I liked them so much I purchased an additional set and arranged them all over the house. Probably overkill but got the 2nd set so cheap couldn't resist.

These new routers seem to be working perfectly as described to me by the Geek technician who recommended I replace my old router with this group of 3, placed strategically around my house. Although it might be a good idea for me to change internet servers, I am quite positive that will not negatively impact my internet service

Equipment works great!!! The first day the Geek Squad installed my equipment it helped me find a lost dog and was able to return him to his owners. Wish I had purchased these equipments much soon. Absolutely Love them and its very easy to use by my phone. Ty again Best Buy Team!

I use to need 1 router for my home. But to keep things simple, I required 6 of these white hockey pucks to ensure wifi coverage throughout my home. I have wifi coverage now. Thanks Eero.

Had Geeks out because old system was dropping outdated connection. It was determined to be time for new router. GS installed system and has worked perfectly ever since covering two HP desktops, two Apple laptops, and two iPads. Works great for us.

Highly recommend this nest router system. Very easy to set up compared to the previous “nighthawk” I had to return. Best Buy staff was also very helpful in steering me towards this one.

These devices are such a life changer! The set up was easy although placements can be a bit trickery and frustrating. None of the less it fixed our issues of the wifi being weak on the second floor/certain rooms. Definitely worth the investment no questions asked!

After discussion with a family member who used eero in their home. Their coverage within their home is great and so i decided to purchase the 3 pack. Setup was easy and the coverage in my home improved dramatically. These items are well worth the price paid and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve just set up the network and share my immediate “lessons learned”. These stations are rather easy to initiate and to use unless, as happened to me, the installation app “hangs” on the “registering” step (more than once). I was able to reach Customer Support quickly and they were helpful though not until I had to clamber in an out of the space where my wiring is hidden from view. The fix was the Reset Button, which does not seem to be mentioned in any eero resource and is not easy to find (rice grain sized, in the middle of the underside). From then on it was smooth sailing (except that I had to overcome my exasperation). I measured WiFi strength and speed both of which were acceptable. The “dead” zone I had been trying to resolve for months was gone. Yay! Even if you enter the old network’s credentials, it’s imperative to check/re-enter the password on devices.

Have 3 of these in the office to remove any wifi dead spots. However I bought a 4th one to use as a standalone access point on a segmented network and it won't work without an internet connection.

This EERO system works great! We've had no problems at all! The Internet is fast, & my university Zoom classes are operating just fine! Thank you, Geek Squad! Joey is the BEST service rep!

Loved this product for about 2 years. It was easy to setup, great coverage. Im a gamer and i noticed i was getting 50 to 100 mbs higher than the speed i was paying for. But i dont recomend buying them because after 2 years they constantly go down. I know its the eeros because i can log into my modem and check ny internet circuit myself. When these go out 3 times a day its very frustrating. I think im going to try the google mesh wifi system next. I wouldnt buy these ever again.

Amazing difference in our home Wi-Fi. Our Sonos system has never worked better as well as the whole house. We are extremely happy with this system.

Wow! What a diffence in our internet speed. Even streaming is faster. Our geek squad recommended this and set it up. Worth every penny.

We have a home that’s spread out over 5 floors and we had a very hard time getting Wi-Fi consistently to every floor. We put a device on every floor and now we get consistent Wi-Fi throughout the house.
