They stayed on the phone with us until we confirmed the system was running perfectly. No challenges since the install. this is our second EERO router and highly recommend this product

Let me say 1st, I love how user friendly the Google Nest is and how compatible it is with other devices in my home (same platform, etc.). I think that is what I miss the most. Eero does seem to work faster, but I think I need 4 pods in addition to the 3 that are included. With 2600 sq. ft., Google covered by home, but was not as fast. Eero is fast, but doesn't completely cover my home. Now I am forced to spend more money on another eero to gain coverage.

Homes with multiple floors, thick walls, or complex layouts may require additional units for complete coverage. Before purchasing additional units, here are several strategies to maximize coverage with your existing three-unit system: 1. Strategic Placement Optimization: Position your gateway eero centrally where your modem is located, then place the additional units in areas that create overlapping coverage zones. eeros work best when placed in open spaces, elevated positions (like on shelves), and away from thick walls, metal objects, large appliances, and electronics that can cause interference. 2. Update and Optimize: Verify your eero app is current and that your system has the latest firmware. Check your network topology in the app to ensure each eero is connecting optimally—sometimes repositioning units by just a few feet can dramatically improve coverage.

My speeds increased in overall it just seemed snappier. The EERO app is great. The setup was easy.

I bought (4) four more. I am very pleased.

The app guided tool omitted a step of reconfiguring my existing router to pass through signals. That was done by geeksquad when I gave up and asked for help. Without their help I could get one node set up bu tthe second couldn't find the first even from across a small room much less from upstairs. Got it done only with GS help.

We have a 2 story, 2,900 sq ft house and the coverage is great. It allowed us and our 3 adult kids to all be on the internet at the same time with no performance issues. Highly recommend.

Our WiFi had slowed to crawling speeds and we had very few spots in our house with a decent connection. After setting up the Eero 6+ our internet is now incredibly fast throughout the entire house. If you are able to hard wire any of the satellite Eeros via Ethernet I would highly recommend it because the connection is even stronger.

Do not stop midway through setting up one of the units, its a pain to reset it and start over.

They are expensive, but worth every penny. I used to manage 4 AC1200 Netgear Nighthawks and it was a pain whenever someone had issues on the network, and there were always lots of issues. I’ve had the eero pro 6 for several months now and have not had a single issue with any device, and the mobile app to manage it all is very intuitive. I am so happy with how these are working that I’ve upgraded my parents house to use eero sad well and now manage their network too.

I was so worried about setting up my own mesh network, and the worry was for nothing. Super easy to setup and get going and get everything connected, i love this, wish i would have done it sooner!

Getting minimum 150mbps even in the areas farthest away from any node. Well worth it for multi layered homes and homes with detached garages or guest homes
