The app even guides you on where to place each of the devices for the best coverage. The only down side is that the units seem to run hot, which would indicate that they are drawing a decent amount of power and are not super efficient.

The eero 6+ routers consume 4.5W of power. eeros are expected to get warm when they’re turned on and operating. Touching your running eero may feel comparable to touching the bottom of a laptop that’s been sitting on your lap and in use for an extended period of time. To ensure your eero is operating at an optimal temperature, please: 1. Place your eeros out in the open. 2. Don’t cover your eeros with other objects. 3. Avoid placing your eeros near excessive heat or direct sunlight.4. Avoid placing your eeros on soft surfaces. 5. Use the power adapter that came with your eero.

This is something you will love. Easy to install and use. Will recommend it to others.

So far it is way above the spectrum equipment and I have not had one drop since it was put in, except for the power outage which it bounced back from by itself.

I have the router in my garage and couldnt get reliable network throughout the rest of my home. Now i have great coverage eveyrwhere and they were easy to install and setup. I have 1600 square foot home with two floors. I can even get great reception in the backyard. Very happy with my purchase.

They are expandable also if you have a larger house.

I had tried another brand from Amazon and I never could get it to connect with my WIFI. This one connected right away without any problems. My only issue is the signal was not strong enough throughout my 1500 sq ft house so I had to get a second one and put it in the front of my house. My wifi router is in the back of my house in my office. I live in a townhouse and have brick walls connecting me to my neighbor so that may be the reason for the low signal.
