Plug and play setup is easy. Wanting ANYTHING extra is behind the pay wall. Buy the units then buy something else to get all the features. Lame.

Wifi analytics, blacklisting website for parental controls, etc. All behind a hundred-dollar a year subscription service. Im past the return window but I'll be upgrading to another product in the near future. Subscription fatigue is a real thing.
