Posted .Hi EdgarC. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero 7 system. I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting the coverage that you expected. Here are some tips that may remedy your range issue: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

I've exclusively used Linksys products during that time. I've started to have weird issues with the past couple of generations of Linksys products. I was going to switch to ASUS or Netgear but the salesperson at Best Buy recommended I give eero a shot. Setup for the 3 units took about 15 minutes and was extremely easy. All of the weird networking problems I have had have been eliminated. I was skeptical about the brand and didn't think this product would be very good due to the price. I'm glad I took their advice and went with this product.
