I'm a gamer, and download large fikes at times, which woukd cause the router to drop. This resolved it and then some. Perfect, and highly recommend for any home network.

It's hit or miss sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. We probably should have returned them to Best Buy but we are still hoping that they will work as told by the salesperson at Best Buy.

Posted .Hi LoriB. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero 7 system. I’m sorry to hear that you're still having connection issues with your camera. First, I'd recommend checking your camera's signal strength in the Ring app. In your camera's setting menu you'll see the Device Health tile. Check that your camera's RSSI is
between 0 and -60 to ensure strong performance, stable live views, and consistent recording. If your RSSI number is lower than -60, you'll want to experiment with the placement of your eeros. Here are some tips to keep in mind: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
