Setup was simple, and I really liked how small and modern the units are — easy to place anywhere without cluttering the space. However, the performance was disappointing. I consistently got only about 60% of my actual internet speed, even when standing close to the main unit. I expected better throughput for a next-gen Wi-Fi system. For casual browsing it was fine, but if you’re relying on top-tier speeds for streaming, gaming, or large file transfers, this might fall short. Unfortunately, I had to return it. It’s a great-looking system with potential, but for now, it didn’t deliver the performance I needed.

Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. This company offers fantastic product's. Customer service is present , available and goes out of their way to make sure everything is working fine and that the customer understands. The app to control the system is one of the best I have encountered

Note that I have been installing routers since the early 2000's, around the year 2001 was the first instance. As well as easy setup, the system responded/completed setup faster that any other that I have installed.

They give you step by step instructions as well as an easy app to navigate. I would highly recommend, and it is a very fast system in general 5/5
