    You have to buy a few of these for them to work if you have a large house. They cost a lot and there are cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for...

    I bought this because it was one of only two options for Apple Secure Homekit. This was the cheapest option. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. I love the frequent speed checks that it does so you can see was your internet speed is at any one time. I recently got my internet bumped up to 600Mb and was amazed that the Eero was actually registering over 700Mb download speeds. I'm impressed that this router can handle that speed.

    First time using a mesh system (no knowledge of routes and internet Wifi stuff). Was worried it wouldn't work because in searching, stated that you need to turn off the router in the modem (mine is an ATT modem/route combo). Nice guy at BestBuy said you don't really have to (its better but don't have to). Anyway I set it up and it connected no problem. Now have internet throughout the house (1st floor and basement).
