Living in a large one level home presents a problem for WiFi access every where. Spectrum could not solve it but it appears that eero Mesh system has reaching into an office, the great room, bedrooms etc. The live eero tech stayed with me on the phone while I installed the eero until all 3 had a white "go" signal. So far so good.

I was in need of a new WiFi and I wanted to purchase one that would be sufficient for a multi-level home. Previously the one I had did not work well for multi-levels. Once it was installed, I have had no issues with it. It has performed flawlessly. I get a great signal everywhere in my house. I would purchase this item again without even thinking about it. I love it!

I have a three story home. I purchased a standard WiFi router and it was not strong enough. It was highly recommended that I get a mesh network. I chose this one as the reviews were suggested to be a excellent product. I purchased the three pack set. One you have to put with your router. The other two I placed near dead spots. This was I did a hard wired to my work computer.

Great mesh WiFi system! We had terrible WiFi throughout the house. The “Ring” didn’t work properly even with the extender. Now I can receive Ring alerts/videos when I’m away from or at home. My daughter can finally watch programs on her computer, FaceTime, & connect with internet with no problems. It even works on the patio so we can listen to music or F/T outside. I wish I would have invested sooner.

80% of the time the product is perfect. However, we still lose the signal for WiFi all the time. It looks good and the setup was easy!

The customer service representative said that they were ridiculously stupid easy to install, and he was absolutely right. I had them up and running and integrated with the pieces I was trying to connect In no time at all. The units are Sleek, easy to position, and interchangeable. The contractor I had installing our other home system even noted that they were as he called it "screaming fast."

Eero units were easy to install and operate as advertised. Strongly recommend eero.
