this item is a definite improvement in my 3 story home. better wifi on each floor- as well as ability to do a hardwire connection to get a more stable connection. device does everything the bb agent told me in the bucktown store- I am very happy with my purchase. bery high wifi speeds on each floor- better than the nighthawk router- that was very good. technology is much better now.

This was an idea I wanted to try out. Didn’t work out with my ISP so I ended up taking it back to the store. It set up easily and some of the areas of the house had a decent coverage but I wasn’t able to fully control the internet the way I wanted to. When it seemed to be working I would get slower speeds. I would recommend talking to your provider before pulling the trigger on this.

Very easy to set up. Seems to work well. Like that I can control from an app.

Replacing the service router and adding the two units has given us a hole house wifi

Quick easy installation. Whole house coverage. Even in an old house with lathe and plaster walls

This works amazing if you have trouble you should buy this asap

So far the gizmo is great! I am pretty far away from the main router and the Eero is surprisingly consistent with it's upload and download speeds as well as keeping a solid connection. the app is pretty decent too however I haven't learned all the "ins & outs" of the device and the app. The only downside is that how the device actually works is shrouded in mystery by the manufacturer. I don't think they want the consumer to know how it works! LOL! Probably for safety reasons. Other than that - it's great!

WiFi is powerful. Very easy install and WiFi is at 100 percent throughout the house.

Works very well. We placed one on each level of our home and the transition as you move from each device is seem less. There have been a few times where the connection to the eero is not at full strength even when you are less than 30 feet away, but that has only occurred occasionally and when I’ve been in a separate room.

I have 4 smart TVs, 6 gaming consoles, two tablets, two notebooks, three work from home desktops, two smartphones, two watches, and other smart home devices like lights, etc. and I never ever have connectivity issues. We switched to eero when we started working from home, and it was completely worth it. The app makes it so easy to use.
