    Thought my internet provider was throttling my speed but the problem turned out to be my 10 year old AirPort Express, which was my fall back after a 10 year old Time Capsule died. Now the blue light on my Motorola cable modem is on all the time. I get 110mbps downloads and 12mbps uploads everywhere in the house. Yippee!!!
