good product and ease of set up....so far so good ......

These are well-designed, sleek and small. More important than how these look, they solved the connectivity challenges we were experiencing when there were multiple Zoom classes/meetings going on simultaneously. The Best Buy guy made a great suggestion!

The sales person was very knowledgeable. These Eero have made our home internet and wifi work the way it is supposed to. We had a Netgear Router and had frequent issues with signal dropping. That has resolved with this new nest setup.

These WiFi boosters and signal amplifiers have done their job but they also seem to have selective incompatibility such as with one specific HDTV / Internet TV brand (the others connect but this one connects with other vectors such as bluetooth but not via these relays). We have called service technicians to see if this is fixable.

I sat on hold for almost two hours to get tech support. No answer. I wrote two emails & received automatic responses. My questions were never addressed. The product seems to be good in that my zoom meetings no longer fade in & out due to connectivity issues.

This product Works great! It allows me to have Wi-Fi throughout both levels of my house without any dead zones. This is the first time I’ve had this Wi-Fi access in over a year. I highly recommend this and the geek squad technicians who put it in.

The eero is awesome! It gives you unreal download and upload speeds. Also, able to have 5 or more devices connected to it at once. Only think that I would change is having it be wireless and be able to smart connect to your main modem.

The router provides great Wi-Fi coverage. No dead spots.

Excellent! My internet was ok with streaming, but since I got the eero it is great! The app interface is nice and I like the other services the company provides. And I like that I can block the kids devices when I need to get their attention...lol!

Best purchase ever! Covers 4K sq ft 3 story home perfectly. Inconspicuous and 10minute install. Got rid of bs router and extenders that took up space all over my house that didn’t work well and had enough antennas to reach ET.

This set is amazing. Negates the need to choose one band over another and very easy to set up. Only negative is that there are only two Ethernet ports on each unit and that could result in the need for a splitter for the main connection.

I went to the store with a completely different idea for equipment needed, but was told what I came to look at wouldn't work with my system and told me what I did need and the cost was less and works just as told by the gentleman that waited on me.

I pulled them out of the box down loaded the app to my tablet and had everything working in 15 min. before I installed them I couldn't stream on my TV in my family room, now it works great with no buffering.

We live in a large old brick home. Our WiFi was very limited because of the walls but now with eero we have no problem. All our devices work and our security cameras too! They have very good customer service also. I would highly recommend this item.

I have spread the 3 pack Eero system along the length of our old Victorian terraced house, placing one in the middle of the upper floor and one at each end of the lower floor. Reception has improved remarkably overall. The main flaw is that the major internet supplier we have does not live up to their grandiose boasts of 3G and 4G let alone 5G!
