Works so much better than my old modem/router combo. App makes it so easy.

First of all I want to thank the salesperson that helped me when I purchased this item. He understood what I needed and steered me in the right direction. My husband and I are both working from home and the strain on our old router was too much. This product is wonderful. We have 3 levels and now I have one on each level. What a game changer! No more dropped lines or slow responses.

I've enjoyed this mesh system. I bought it while it was on sale. I have had no signal drop, and getting 40 Mbps more than what I'm paying for from my cable company. I'm paying for download speed of 200 Mbps, and have been achieving download speed of 240 Mbps consistently with this router. I have an old Arris SB6183 modem for which I've had for years.

Great product. Easy to setup and there are no longer dead zones in my house.

Tried a lot (6) of Wi-Fi extenders to try and get a good signal out to my shed which is approximately 150' away from our cottage, none of them would hold a signal without buffering. Went to Best Buy to get some advice and my salesmen suggested to try this AC Dual Band Mesh System. I now have a great signal and no buffering! Very happy with this purchase.

I live in a fairly average-size house with a router in a terrible location (corner bedroom). These units have definitely improved WiFi coverage throughout the house, but it took some trial-and-error to find the ideal setup. The biggest headache you might run into with these by far is in how the system interacts with any mobile device that connects to wifi. My phone (a pixel 3a XL) doesn't like to stick to the strongest signal available if I'm moving through the house for example. It may lose the connection, forcing me to reset the phone's wifi. While this is on the device rather than the Eero system, it's a cautionary tale. Your devices just may not play well with a mesh network, especially older phones/tablets/etc. I'd expect this kind of thing to improve with future devices, though. My only dings on the product that are its own fault are that it is controlled by an app (not optional), that it tries to get you to subscribe to its premium service, and that placing 2 satellites too close together tends to have wonky effects (devices connect to the wrong one, etc). Depending on your ISP, you may also need to use a wacky configuration to get this to work, resulting in you effectively losing an opportunity to have an extra satellite. I have Verizon FiOS. To get mine to work, I had to disable the wireless function of the router. Then, I plugged a unit directly into the router and now use it to broadcast the signal through the house in its place.

Everyone is hearing about the latest wifi but what we continue to hear is terrible connections. Get mesh, get these pucks and you're done thinking about internet at home. You set up via app, you can plug a switch into them and trick your gadgets to thinking they are hard wired. I moved to the sticks where spectrum is my only option. I pay for 400/down 20/up. I GET THIS WIRELESSLY now.

Got this so my family's phones could use wifi anywhere in the house. Setup was very simple even for someone like me that wants detailed instructions. The setup instructions aren't detailed but ate adequate. My only gripe is that there is no WPS button which one of my devices requires. Because of that I had to keep the old wifi network running along side the eero network. Not recommended but it's working.

Easy to install. Works incredibly well. Beats any wi-fi system I have ever had hands down.

I switched to cable from DSL, but my router was only giving me 60 down and 5 up. I switched to the eero mesh system and immediately hit the full speed of my cable internet, 400 down and 40 up. It's been excellent and allowed me to switch to streaming services instead of DirecTV, saving me more money. Had the whole network set up in 10 minutes...
