The system is designed to be VERY easy to setup, so if you are not tech-savy, this may be a good choice for you. It was a quick and easy setup. This is due in part to a very limited set of choices/features. Want to not broadcast your SSID, too bad. Like the convenience of WPS to hook up devices, oh well. This doesn't have either. It does allow you to name the network, but that is about it. Seriously little you do besides plug it in and download an app on your phone. For me, I found each unit to have an underwhelming range, so you really do need 3 of them if you have multiple stories or a large ranch house. Don't count on them reaching far into the yard unless you have them plugged in close to the exterior wall. They brag about how well you get switched from one access point to the next as you move through the house, and it does automatically switch you; however, it tends to not work well with laptops (both Mac and Windows). If you start doing something online on a laptop and then move throughout the house, you may get switched, but it doesn't actually work. It claims you have full signal, but you have to turn the laptop wifi off and then back on for it to work with the new access point. I have found no issue with smartphones. They actually work well with this system. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of customization and range, and how poorly it handles moving through the house with a laptop. I missed the deadline for returns, so I am researching other options and will just bare with it until I find what I want. With that said, this is a great choice to put in your elderly parent or grandparents house. It works, and it is simple.

This was a great purchase for our home. We usually lose wifi in some areas of the house and this makes it easy to get wifi.

Set up was easy, about 20 minutes at the most. Mesh extensions makes each floor of our house have very fast connections.

Have 3 Eeros at home. Speed and connectivity are great. The UI and app are user friendly. Way better than the sub par ISP equipment yoi are given.

I was hoping for better & more consistent wifi, but it hasn't changed much from the old spectrum router. I suppose it is a little better than the old router, but hard to tell.
