We have a split level house and having just the one router was not reaching the upstairs bedrooms. With the 3 pack I was able to spread out the devices and basically expanded the coverage. I can even get a good signal out in the yard!! Our Rokus aren't buffering at all anymore! Now, with working at home, it is very helpful to be able to move around the house to work as needed.

Wow, I had bought a Netgear router/modem cable recently and had nothing but problems. I wasn't sure if it was the unit, our service or user error. I returned the combo and bought this with a less expensive modem. We've been using it for about a month and have not dropped wifi once. We were dropping daily. I couldn't be happier. SO easy to set up.

I, by no means, have any knowledge of electronics and how they work. This was made so easy anyone can install it. One simple download of the app and boom it walks you through with expert clarity and ease. The results have been phenomenal. I could have asked for anything better. The best part is it was $100's cheaper than its competitor. Thanks Best Buy and Thanks eero!

After long search for home Wi-Fi solution, I could not be more happy to buy this one. It is super easy to set it up. Wi-Fi speed is improved immediately. Since then, I have recommended to others and I would say it is a must-have for work-from-home. Also best buy same-day pick up works well and it is better than Amazon. I have since boght many items from best-buy.

I have been trying to set up a functioning mesh system for awhile. I tried Orbi and it was so unreliable. Then I bought a Linksys Nighthawk mesh router with extenders and it had a week signal and the mesh function wouldn’t work. I tried the Eero because it was on sale. I love it. It works great. The speed is great. The Wi-Fi is constant and does not drop.

Very easy to set up and excellent coverage throughout my home from 2nd floor to main floor to basement with this 3 unit set! This is the best coverage I have had in any home and with the best speed. I have a speed test of 150 mbps download and 80 upload today. The system has not dropped since I installed it a month ago.

I bought an Eero product for my in-laws and was satisfied with the ease of use and performance. I bought this item for my own home and have been very pleased with it. Certain areas of my home suffer from weak signal and with only two of the three units setup I’ve been getting great overall connectivity.

I have been impressed with these. I am not a Wifi fan and actually wired my house with Ethernet. This is changing my mind. I am seeing better signals and less loss. The only thing I do not like is that it wants to replace your router. In most homes that is fine. In mine, which is set as an office network, I was not going to change out a Sonicwall firewall for it. This means my wireless is running a double nat. I would not advise that unless you know networking as support was not knowledge on that would not be able to assist. So most either plan on replacing your router or look for something else. An additional challenge was a conflict on network occurred because I was adding and not swapping so had to track that down. This was not the fault of eero, it was a different device and me doing something different. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up from a mobile phone as I was again skeptical. I am happy with this Buy.

Solves my spotty coverage and speed issues in my awkward townhome flier plan. Prior to this I was using an Arris dual router (WiFi/router) device and that just couldn't cut it for my home's awkward floor plan. I consistently had dropped and slow coverage issues. This solution gives me constant high speed WiFi. It also comes with and easy set up through the app.

Looking to improve wifi to decrease dead spots and have more connectivity when multiple devices are used. Was very easy to install and works great. Excellent WiFi in all areas in the house and extends well into the yard. The app is easy to use and you can monitor which devices are being used and what power is being drawn from each. Very pleased with NO complaints.

We purchased this system after working with the wonderful in-house (virtually) appointment. Our large, U-shaped house was experiencing significant issues. We had an older mesh unit (different brand) and this replacement allows us to achieve the fast speeds were are paying for with our internet provider. Easy to install - everything was set up in 15 minutes!

After having some issues with my old router I decided to start down the path of trying to find a new mesh WiFi system. I landed on a mesh system since you are able to have 1 network ID for both 2.4 and 5ghz channels and I have issues with connectivity in my basement and backyard. I read a ton of reviews and landed on the linksys Velop system first. It worked fine but speeds were much slower than I was hoping for given the tri-band tech in that one. I decided I would give the eero system a try just to have a comparison and I’m glad I did. I have Xfinity 500mbps and with the Velop when sitting right next to the modem and main hub I was getting just over 100mbps. When I swapped in the eero system in the exact same locations I was able to get over 450mbps sitting in the same spot. The system has been very stable since I purchased it and no issues to report as of now. I will note that if you have over 500mbps service you will likely need the upgraded eero to maintain those speeds but it works great for speeds at or under 500.

I been using the eero-ac dual for over a month now. Easy installation process through the app. Great interface to create profile for different people and able to control those profiles. Compare to the other 3-pack price and is way below and great quality. I get the same speed through the house and out side only lose some speed. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy to set up, about the same speed and far more reliability that some of the high-end routers. I was skeptical about how this would work, and it works great. Going through the app made setup a quick task, under 15 minutes, and I haven't had any connectivity issues in any corner of my house and so far have not had any issues requiring that I reboot the system.

First mesh network for our home. Needed an option for all the increased demand with working and schooling from home. One room in the 2nd floor had a deadspot. Have a Linksys AC router, which was good, not great. These little devices have a low profile, easy to set up and DELIVER! I've been really happy with it's performance and reliability.

So far the performance of these units has been excellent. Was easy to setup and have not had a single issue with connection dropping. I would have given it 5 stars but it is missing some basic features that should be available for a solution at this price point. As of August 23, 2020 you can not add custom blacklist of websites. They only provide ability to turn on content filtering for 3 broad categories (adult, illegal or criminal, and violent). You are given no clarity which websites are being blocked when you turn on these filters. This is their blackbox of sites that you can not add to with a custom blacklist. Their paid subscription service offers to protect the devices on your Eero network from Spyware, Phishing, Malware, and Botnets. It will show you a generic report of all the times it blocked/protected your devices from these threats but there is absolutely no clarity/details on where these threats were generated from or if they are even valid threats at all. They could just be inflating the numbers to make you believe they are doing a really good job of protecting you. I ended up having to buy and connect another device (Circle Home Plus) for $69 to get many of the missing features of the Eero. If Eero ever updates their software to provide these features I will come back and adjust my rating.

Excellent wifi. Extremely easy installation, easy connect to devices (especially Amazon devices). And the five bar coverage from every area of my two story home - even on the outside deck- is not only a strong signal but super fast. Highly recommend the three piece unit for homes up to 2,500 sq ft. And adding an additional unit gives even more coverage.

This eero was super easy to set up including the satellite extenders. I have an older house and have 1 per floor (main, basement, upstairs). Some parts of the house don’t have the fastest connection but coverage hits everywhere. If I had it to do again, would probably get the EeroPro and hope for slightly better/faster connections. No issues with devices moving throughout the house and losing connection. Overall a good and easy to use mesh network.
