    I purchased this so I could wirelessly connect a desktop computer to my internet router which is about 30 feet away. I needed a fast solution and the salesperson said this was the answer and it was very easy to install. I also use it for a bridge router for a security system. It works very well in both instances. My only complaints are the price and it is not as easy to install as the salesman and the instructions indicated. That being said, I am an older guy who is not astute at hooking up electronics.
