    We had to replace our router recently and check out differs ones. I chose this one for the looks of it compared to those with the antennas. My husband chose it for the performance and versatility of it. We get better reception since we are able to place it in several places. This is a great idea. I would definitely suggest this model to others.

    We had issues with speed and connectivity since all my kids and husband had to stay home during COVID. I was constantly getting disconnected with clients calling them via Teams. It was literally like being in a deadzone with no cellphone coverage. Since installing eero, I haven't had any issues whatsoever.

    setting it up was easy AFTER I called the eero supt number to ensure I understood the written guide included in the package. All the VPN, Malware etc they try to sell with it seems a bit much and I have no confidence in their security as I can find no history for it. As eero is a Dutch/Netherlands product, I am not warm to pay them for VPN or security systems as i have no idea what they will do with my info.

    I've used extenders and multiple access points before, but mesh is so much better. No more dead/slow spots in my house. Only a small hiccup during setup. The first eero needs to be plugged into Internet to setup. I thought I could setup prior to disconnecting my previous router and it acted like it was stuck with no indication of the problem.
