basement was not getting internet signal from our home bae located on 2nd floor of home. Added this device, we now get internet in basement with adequate coverage. No need to get cable company to drill and added another base to basement. Device saves me money on long run.

Great router for the price. Takes care of our home upstairs and down.

the eero system is great for a mutli floor home, i was getting weak signals in the basement and now it works perfectly. each beacon also has a ethernet port for even better connection. Way better than a wifi extender, just make sure you update your modem as well.

I was having issues with the Wi-Fi signal, now all devices full signal.

Works well but setup if you don't have an internet connection is horrible. I replaced my crapcast modem/router with a standalone router and this product. I have no cell service at my residence so the app was unable to setup the system. I had to dig up an old wireless router and plug that up to the modem because I had already activated that with the xfi app and then piggyback the eero to that do I could use the wifi to activate the eero with the smartphone app. This should be noted somewhere other than online. The 10 mile drive to get cell signal to look up why it wasn't working and then drive back to do this was not very customer friendly. Just a heads up if you're in the same boat. Maybe a fallback if there is no app to a basic wifi access point would be nice in the firmware. But horrible setup if you have no data access during install.

First off the customer service was amazing, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us in every way she could. We no longer have issues with internet and connection problems for our TVs, bed, ring, phones etc etc. 10/10 love ours!!!

Love this Wi-Fi system! We only have 2 out of the 3 setup and it took care of our prior network issues. No more losing connection on our Alexa devices, Fire Sticks stay connected and no more buffering and/or slow speeds.

I don’t like getting google products but I was happy I was told about this one. Easy to set up but more importantly easy for me to monitor and the security tools are well worth it. Connections are good and strong too and two eeros provide better, more comprehensive coverage than I thought possible. Still deciding where to place the third.

Got this on a good sale, 69 down from 99! I now have 4 and my house and property have WiFi throughout, seemlessly. App works great, very little issues with the product, and saved money as I don’t need WiFi6 (most people don’t even have wifi6 capable products)

I don't have a clue about technology and the store rep was a wealth of info. I bought this set, put my 13 year old on the phone with Spectrum and now have internet throughout my entire 2200 sq foot home. I am over the moon happy with this product.

What I was looking for. Setup was easy. No problem until now.

Only reason it's not five stars is because it was tricky to setup given that we have no cell service at our house and run a home microcell off our home network. As a result, setup wasn't the "snap" it was advertised as and took a bit of time. Once we got through that I've been really happy with the performance and stability of the network, no more dead spots!

With so many users on our wifi-system this was a perfect addition!
