Had this setup since July and is worth every penny. Old setup would lag and drop after both myself and wife started working from home. No more losing connection from anywhere in the house.

This product is a gem! We have placed one on each floor and our WiFi has enhanced tremendously compared to the regular wired router/WiFi box received from our service provider.

In a house with 4 adults, able to spread the network across the whole house. Some wprk from home and some video game and they are all happy. Even when they are all on at the same time

Set up was fairly simple. Make sure you disconnect your service providers Wi-Fi tower or called broadcaster. The eero replaces it. My system has worked better with using 2 of the 3 eero's. I've not been able to troubleshoot why.

We used to have trouble with connectivity in the kitchen. Since we can place more than one throughout the first floor, we have had no problems. Very happy with this product.

Easy peasy...instructions were self explanatory. Just follow them. Connection worked great and devices are online. Devices struggled to connect to internet until eero! Would definitely recommend.

This purchase was a game changer for us. It has made a difference to the availability of our wifi especially with all of us working from home and taking online college classes. No more lag in videos.

I was having so much trouble with my internet and this work so good I never had another problem. Well worth the money and investment, only wish I would have bought them sooner.

After replacing our existing router with this system, it was like we had the internet we were supposed to have. Prior, our internet was slow and would drop out constantly. Definitely recommend!!

Bought about a month ago. Had to have customer service assistance but that worked out very well. Happy to have the extended wifi capabilities! BB associate recommended and so far we are very pleased!

I had tried the xfinity pods, with little success in a 4,000 sq ft 3 level home. The eero system was recommended by a Best Buy manager. The eero mesh system tripled the speed of my network. Very happy!

Recently upgraded to gigbit and got this router hoping it gives better coverage, definitely it improve the coverage but max it will go 250mb on wifi and on wired one even lower then that, so little disappointment.

For the most part it works ok, but I will be in the same room as one of the pods, and get incredibly slow connection. Lined up two, one in my den, and one 25 feet away in my patio, and the patio keeps losing signal and going offline. Not horrible, but certainly not great.

Replaced my Comcast Wifi Router and Modem with this and am very happy with the results. I have set one on each floor of the house and have good Wifi connectivity throughout the house.

Initially I had problems connecting some of my wifi devices such as Chromecast and Harmony Hub. Customer phone service was excellent. A couple of reboots, using the provided cable and all worked well

Had it and it was fast and easy to setup with good range. I liked the app. 3 days later the power adapter craps out for no reason. They do not sell a power adapter separately, the only solution eero customer service had was to send me a new one. I'm working from home, I can't afford to go a few days without WiFi waiting on a new power cord. Apparently it's a relatively common problem with these.

Love the Wi-Fi mesh technology! My house is small but long, so with the mesh Wi-Fi from eero! My whole house has no died spots!

Pretty solid for an early release of their products. Much slower now compared to newer ones, does not seem to support too many devices. Overall I recommend the eero mesh system in general.

Were having some difficulty with sound (specifically diction) when watching movies. This system has made it so much easier to understand and hear the actors.
