Easy to install! Enjoyable CS experience with eero during the set up. Work perfectly for our WFH experience (2 FT workers using considerable bandwidth)!

We installed this mesh network a couple of months ago and initially were very pleased with the consistent wifi reach and speeds. However, since installing it, we're suddenly consistently blocked from certain bank websites. We used the subscription plus and suspect they have been somehow blacklisted in the Eero software. We've tested all kinds of setups to make sure what the issue is and it's not the computers IP address or the actual home IP address or the banks themselves since we can still login on other wifi networks. The customer support was very quick to answer and helpful during the troubleshooting steps but ultimately we are going to have to replace this with another brand that is less "smart" because we need to be able to login to our banks. So, we will be out of pocket $217 since the return period is over and the warranty won't cover this issue (although it should). Buyer beware.

This completely helped my household. With 3 wireless computers, 3 lap tops, 2 tablets, 4 cell phones and a wireless tv we need the extra help.

Simple to hook up. Reliable. Replaced a Velop. Should have done it much sooner. Flawless. Don’t even consider a Velop.

We have two people working from home plus personal devices. Neither of us experience hiccups or network resets. Wish we had it long before we purchased.

This has proven to be really helpful. As a teacher and having to do Google Meets was difficult with multiple students. This is very helpful and I do not get knocked off. Makes my wifi go from medium to strong.

These really helped out in our house to get better connection throughout the entire house including the basement, garage and even out in the yard.

I’ve used Google WiFi and this. By far Eero has the most features and packs the most punch for your money. I love the built in security features as well.

I have less buffering and dropped calls now that I have this. Living room had very little wifi strength but this moved it to the highest strength.

easy setup for any non techy types. The band selection is all done by the devices and will set your NIC to managed. What that means for you is if you are on 5 MHz and at the edge of the band range you internet will be terrible and you have no way to force your device onto 2.4 MHz to improve performance. Your only option is to keep moving further away (into the back pasture with the neighbors cows) or go back the way you came. They are useless if you have a shop 75 yards from your house. If you have that need and have any tech ability or know someone that does go with a more flexibility option.

Super helpful for a big house. We have 4 distributed throughout our house (5,300 sqft). 3 wouldn’t connect throughout the house

Recommended router that works great! I have noted improved WIFI in my house thanks to the pods that you can place throughout the house

With all the gadgets this has made the house more user friendly so we can be anywhere and still have great reception.

Bought a set of 3 for myself, decided to buy this one for a friend, the internet was sporadic, streaming was very bad. There is one happy camper now.
