I’m liking this router so far but for my first use I realized there was no MAC address available on the item or box so I had to call their customer service number to get it.

Great addition to my wireless mesh network and easy to install. I strongly recommend this.

I bought the eero 3 pack in January. Since then, I've had numerous problems. In addition, their tech support is terrible. (I give it a 2 rating instead of a 1 because when it works, it's fine.) I have a 2,000 square foot house, 1 floor, so 3 devices should provide more than adequate coverage. On a number of occasions, one of the eeros has gone offline. After numerous calls to tech support, in the end, the only thing they do is suggest you swap the eero with another one. They have told me the eeros don't break, and they don't want to swap them out for new ones. In the past week, one of my eeros has repeatedly gone offline. I've rebooted it, done a soft reset, and a hard reset. Each time, after awhile, it goes offline. It's almost amusing talking to tech support, as the guy thinks and thinks, loses his train of thought, tells me he should have had more coffee today, but has absolutely no idea what to do. When I ask about it being replaced, he hems and haws and says that has to be done through the retailer where I purchased it. That's ridiculous! What's the point of having a manufacturer's warranty if they won't replace a defective device?

Love it! It’s exactly what we needed to help the signal throughout the house and out into the yard.

These have really helped with our Internet, was able to stream some TV shows, I was not able to do that before.

I have a 2000 sq foot house with frog over the garage and get great wifi connection anywhere in my house! 10/10 recommend

After an initial issue about placement, resolved by their excellent customer service, this mesh system works perfectly!

This system was so much easier to setup than my old one. Small in size but works great.

What a great buy. Finally have internet throughout my house and yard. Musch better option than COX solution!!

My home is pretty big and I had alot of dead zones where wifi wasn't good at all. You have to place them in proper spot but if you figure that out they are worth the money!

We bought this in order to connect our security cam and our kid’s ipads with our wifi. I’m not really techy but all I can say is that it works and I’m satisfied with it.

They are just ok. My technology picks up the Euro in another room, not the one sitting right beside it. I don't feel it does any better than my single router did. B

Had trouble with our WiFi throughout the house, this product fixed that problem especially streaming TV from the internet.

Seems to be working really well. We are just a month into ownership and are looking forward to a long relationship. The install was great!!!

Great product only problem is a place to put them had to build a shelf to hold it. Plus make sure you call your land line company to do there set up of it

The extended service is great and was available vs waiting for Mediacom to provide and have to rent

These are great for people that don’t have good speeds over all to help with spreading the range, but if You’re looking for a boost on top of good speeds this probably isn’t the Best Buy.. I purchased these with my game consoles/TVs receiving 120-150 mbps with my current WiFi, and after getting these, even with a hard wire I don’t get more than 200mbps and it’s very temporary when it gets that high. On average I see speeds of about 35-90mbps with these on my Xbox.

I loved the idea but for me, it did not work. Probably because I have a very old system.

These are working well. We moved them around to find the best connections but seems good.

Works great. Interface to setup is only through cell phone. Really not very functional. EERO says they are not interested in making it work on windows machines.
