works like magic, haven't had better wifi in my house!! The service tech was supper helpful and nice!

This mesh system is great! I have wifi completely through my home and the range extends well outdoors.

It was a little challenging doing the initial setup but once I had it completed, it works pretty good. No lag time or buffering now. Able to connect all my devices and use them.

I love it it's the first time that I picked some item that it works very good in my house I'm so happy

Love the device, I no longer get dead spots in my home. The wifi signal now reaches in the most obscure parts of the home, allowing me to get full use of my wifi signal.

I am very pleased with the system. It works as it should and was very easy to setup!

I moved from a basic Spectrum router with 200MB down to the Eero Dual Band 3 pack system. The biggest issue is that Eero combines 2.4G and 5G, so if you have a device that will only connect on 2.4G then it will not connect. I googled and found that this is an ongoing problem and the only way around is to call Eero support. I did call them at 10.30 am today (9/15). The Eero guy I spoke to said he would temporarily disable 5G for 15 minutes, so I could connect my 2.4G devices (lights, smart plugs, etc.) That didn't work and after 25 mins, the line went dead. I figured there wasn't much he could do so he hung up. From a signal strength perspective, there was no difference in signal strength with the basic Spectrum router in my 3500 sq ft home. The only positive is that Eero has a guest account and the Spectrum router didn't. Also the Eero phone app is a little better. In summary, definitely not worth the over $250 I paid.

We always had problems with our internet being choppy and it finally was taken care of by this product!

Finally the lag was gone. I had nitemares about the spinner. So worth it

Oops bought this and then my internet started working before I hooked it up....so I guess I will return it.

Technology is great when it works and this product does! Dependability with something like this is important to us.

This system works really well but there were some compatibility issues. I have a Phillips Wiz smart lightbulb. After many attempts to connect it to my home network, I finally resorted to contacting Eeros tech-support. They were wonderful but according to them all Phillips lighting products were compatible with their mesh system. I ended up having to call Phillips directly and they said that the Wiz lightbulb specifically was not compatible. I also had some challenges connecting smart plugs.

Christmas Gift for Mom! Needed better wi-fi in her house for up and down stairs. Works great and easy set-up!

This is the answer for better internet throughout my house! I had very poor reception before using this item

I liked the assistant that took care of us. Explained everything about the product and we're very happy.

This product was very easy install to install and resulted on 5-bar internet performance throughout the house.

Have a 2800 square foot house that is two stories, my internet speed coming into the modem is 400 mbs down and with this mesh system I would get around 270 mbs down downstairs but upstairs I would only get about 60 mps down. I tried to reposition the satellites to improve it but it really did not help much. I ended up buying an Orbi and for my situation it performs much better. I do like the UI on the phone of the eero better than other systems out there, you can tell that they it for mobile first.

It has been a good experience with eero! It seems to block out bad internet stuff.

This system is working well. We have good internet coverage throughout the house. Speeds increased with this system.

The routers are working fabulously. The range on them is great. The cover the entire house and most of my backyard. I also like that I can move them around as needed.
