    Purchased this to get ahead of the WiFi speed issues when family all started staying home due to COVID-19. Internet has always been spotty and with me working from home and now the rest of my family working/schooling, we needed to make sure speed wasn’t a problem. Have had this for a month now with no noticeable improvement. Might just be our location and not the device.

    These work great on most of my wifi items but my wife and I both have older iPad Mini's and neither one will stay hooked up to this wifi signal longer than 3 minutes. I finally went out and purchased a new iPad because i was so frustrated with it. On the newer stuff, they work as promised.

    Unfortunately, this system did not work well in my home. Issues I had included weak or dropped signals, extended buffering times, unable to automatically switch my ipad and Nintendo switch to a closer eero device while I was walking with it in my home. The weak signal was a disaster while I was using my computer to work from home. I worked with eero's customer service for over 2 months trying to get the system to work. They were very nice, and tried to be helpful, but their suggestions didn't help. By the time they advised me that my older home construction (i.e. hard walls) were probably the issue, it was way too late to return it to Best Buy and eero did nothing to offer me a way to return. I wish I had returned the system immediately when it didn't work in my home.
